We’re not talking fresh paint and new flooring… we’re talking FULL. GUT. RENOVATION.

Taking this one all the way down and bringing it back to life from the ground up — and I already know she’s going to be an absolute STUNNER.

There’s just something about seeing the “before” when you know what’s coming next.

This 1920s house was looking a little rough around the edges, but we knew there was something good hiding underneath.

New windows. Repaired siding. Fresh paint. Bold trim. A completely different look—and we’re just getting started.

Reno Day!!
Today we kicked off another renovation, and while it may not look like much yet, this is where the magic begins, another property gets a fresh start.

At S&J Auch Construction, we love seeing the potential in places others overlook. Follow along as we take this project from demolition to finished product—one day at a time.

Today we’re celebrating something special—developing, building, and selling our very first brand-new home from the ground up.

There were plenty of lessons learned, long days, tough decisions, and moments where we questioned our sanity (that’s probably part of construction)

This is just the beginning. We have a lot more ideas, a lot more projects, and a lot more sawdust in our future.

This 1930’s farmhouse is getting a second chance… and we’re going all in.

From “don’t lean on that wall” to “can I move in tomorrow?” 🔨➡️🏡

This was a full transformation, not just a facelift.

What used to be a cluttered shop is now a fully finished 1-bedroom cabin, complete with:

✔️ HVAC system
✔️ Complete interior build-out
✔️ New exterior + deck for that perfect cabin feel

This wasn’t a quick flip; this was a ground-up renovation inside existing walls, the kind of project that takes vision, grit, and a whole lot of problem-solving.

And honestly? 100% worth it.

Now it’s a space that’s not just functional but somewhere people actually want to stay, relax, and enjoy.

This one’s been fully taken to the studs so we can rebuild it right—no shortcuts, no cover-ups, just solid craftsmanship from the ground up.

Today we officially start the complete rehab of this old farmhouse — and yes, she’s ready for it.

There’s something special about bringing new life into a home that’s been standing for decades. We’re stripping it down to the bones, cleaning it up right, and rebuilding it with modern updates… while protecting that classic farmhouse character that gives it soul.
