WIP Wednesday: It’s all in the details.

Construction is constantly evolving, and remodeling means finding the balance between yesterday’s craftsmanship and today’s building techniques.

The slim black strip along the soffit is a continuous venting system that provides clean, consistent ventilation while blending into the architecture. You’ll also notice some of the original soffit vents remain. Since they were still functional, there was no reason to replace them.

Every decision we make is about creating a home that performs better without sacrificing the character that’s already there.
