25 years later, we still remember.

We remember the lives that were lost, the families who were changed forever, and the first responders who ran toward danger when others were running away.

We remember the courage, sacrifice, and kindness that brought people together in the days that followed.

September 11, 2001 is a day our country will never forget. Today, we pause to honor those we lost, those who served, and the families who continue to carry their memory.

Never forgotten. Always remembered.

Fall is here, and our favorite land surveyor is getting ready for the next project. 🍂📐😂

We went to check on him in storage, and he’s looking pretty good for a guy who’s been off the job all year. He’ll be back in the field next week, ready to mark some property lines and scare a few crows.

Birthday Celebrations 🎉

We’re ending August by celebrating the employees who had birthdays this past month! These three guys do so much for Bancroft and each bring something special to the culture that makes our office a great place to work. We’re lucky to have them on our team!

This month, we were proud to be the lunch sponsor for the Chamber’s Business at Lunch! The presenter spoke about AI, and I only say that because it gives me an opportunity to brag on our employees.

Surveying is one of the oldest recorded professions in human history, but we’re not stuck in the past. Our drafting team is embracing AI to automate repetitive work, recognize patterns, and build smarter, more efficient workflows.

And while we’re always looking for ways to work smarter, accuracy will never be compromised. AI is a tool that helps our team, not a replacement for the experience, knowledge and quality control that go into every project we deliver.

Pretty proud of a team that is always looking for better ways to do what we do.

We’ll never get tired of seeing projects come to life that we helped survey years ago as part of the design process. There’s something pretty rewarding about watching an idea go from survey to design to reality!
