Replaced old an old tile floor with new low VOC vinyl plank flooring. There was no existing baseboard so we sourced some vertical grain pine to accent the door and window trim and stained to match and then installed it over the new floor. Around 1000 square feet.

Customer was using a ladder to access the storage space so we made it much more accessible with a new set of stairs with a midway landing

The owner wanted to dress up the fireplace so we added some custom tongue and groove walnut hardwood up to the ceiling. What a difference!

Customer wanted to turn their upstairs barn storage into a livable space. In just a few weeks we turned it into just that, including adding a bathroom with a sliding barn door.

Some new exterior siding and soffit for a customer who liked the blue stained look of beetle kill pine. Paired with some rough sawn corner and window trim stained to match the existing fascia. Fall of 2018.

This was a garage I built from the ground up for a customer in 2020. He wanted a 10’ tall garage door in order to fit his boat. 12’ ceiling built on 6x6 Douglas fir posts with glulam beams per the engineer. Finished with LP Smartside trim and Northwest Factory Finishes durable pre-finished “Cedar” plank siding. Start to finish in a little more than a month.

After several delays due to Covid, was finally able to schedule and complete a downstairs remodel. Out with the old carpet and baseboard and in with the new flooring and trim. We also decided to redo the stairs with an updated metal riser look to set it off.
