Good morning neighbors , hope everyone made it through last night’s storms okay.

With the wind and heavy rain that came through, we’re offering free roof inspections for anyone on Kent Island or in Queen Anne’s County who wants peace of mind.

A lot of storm damage is not obvious from the ground. Lifted shingles, creased tabs, loose ridge caps, damaged pipe boots, and small openings can turn into leaks after the next hard rain.

We’re local, family-owned, and right here on the Shore, so this is not a high-pressure sales thing. If everything looks good, we’ll tell you that. If we see anything concerning, we’ll document it with photos and walk you through it.

Is anyone else tying down their patio furniture today? 😅

The wind hitting parts of Maryland today is strong enough that trampolines and lawn chairs might start auditioning for The Wizard of Oz.

Jokes aside , if your patio furniture is moving around, your roof shingles might be too.

High winds can lift shingles or push water underneath them, and most homeowners don’t notice until there’s a stain on the ceiling… or a bucket in the living room.
