Another job, remodeled an office room, along with removed an old stair case and built a trap door in the place of it. Installed new railing upstairs because the old ones were getting weak, and removed an old shower and installed a vanity in the place of it for a guest bathroom. Another happy customer! Haven’t posted in a while, here’s one of the jobs we finished up a few months ago, the owner had another company come in to build a breeze way between the house and garage and all that can be said is it didn’t work out. So the owner had us come in and put everything back together that was removed by the previous company, along with a porch entry for the garage and a covered porch with a whole deck platform and fresh paint! This project was a long time coming, started with a whole gut job of the entire place right down to the bones of it and starting fresh. Changed the layout of the stairs to be more functional with the small area and gained two closets underneath for extra storage area. Gained an additional bathroom and laundry room upstairs in the process of the stairway layout.

The whole place was rewired with all new outlets, switches, lights, fans, etc. All new plumbing through the whole building, sinks, tub and shower, toilets, etc.

The place is just like new, right from the floor to the ceilings and it was quite an adventure to say the least considering this was an old barn way back in the day that was dragged acrossed town and put on the foundation. During removal of the floor upstairs found shop vac fulls of old hay under the 3 layers of barn board floor.

Another satisfied customer and hopefully this old barn will be around for years to come now!

We just wrapped up this project, a lot of work done on this shore front home. Full deck remodel, composite railing, new pillars, siding, full exterior paint job, flooring and trim in the basement along with lots of water damage through out the whole house. Haven’t posted any work photos lately, been very busy the past few months and no sight of slowing down. Here’s some work we’ve done lately, little bit of everything. Seawall, redid the front of a house around the sliding door, got cabinets installed for the kitchen in a big project we’ve been working on, floor fixed on the big project, some more beach work, and then wrapped up and finished today 4 new window replacements, had to reframe everything back in because of rot and mold on all four! 🔨🪚Carpentry skills or equipment skills are defiantly a plus but willing to train someone that’s willing to learn. Pay is competitive but depends on not only experience but work ethic and motivation. Heights and confined spaces are common so must be okay with that.
