Another Arminco Project Completed

A project we first shared during the ground rough-in phase in the Baltimore area has now reached completion.

What began with underground plumbing, layout coordination, and infrastructure planning has been transformed into the finished Dentistry for Children – Woodlawn practice.

The completed space includes 15 treatment stations, along with dedicated clinical, imaging, support, reception, and waiting areas — all planned to support an efficient workflow and a welcoming experience for children and families.

This project reflects the importance of careful planning and coordination at every stage, from the infrastructure behind the walls to the final finishes and fully equipped clinical environment.

We’re proud to see another Arminco project brought successfully to completion.

Connecting with Dental Leaders at Smile Together 2026

Last week, Arminco’s Charlene Marques represented our team at Smile Together 2026 in Las Vegas.

Smile Together brings dental practice owners and industry partners together in a focused environment built around meaningful, one-on-one conversations. For Arminco, it was an opportunity to meet directly with dental professionals, learn more about the challenges and goals they are facing, and discuss solutions that can support the development and growth of their practices.

Buying an existing dental practice can offer major advantages — but without proper due diligence, planning, and coordination, what looks like a straightforward acquisition can quickly become a costly challenge.

In this episode, Artin Safarian, President & CEO of Arminco, and Sara Reichenbach, Integrated Practice Specialist (IPS) / Senior Associate at Arminco, discuss a real-world situation involving a doctor who purchased an existing practice and began renovations — only to face permitting issues, incomplete planning, construction problems, and a county stop-work order.

What was originally expected to be about a one-month shutdown stretched into several months, affecting the practice and its patient base.

Art and Sara break down what could have been approached differently and why evaluating the practice, existing space, renovation requirements, timeline, and overall business strategy before moving forward is so important.
