Elements Roofing is actively seeking motivated, results-driven Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a high-income opportunity for individuals who are self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working directly with homeowners and insurance carriers.

Position Overview

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will generate leads, perform roof inspections, assist customers through the insurance restoration process, and close residential and light commercial roofing projects.

Responsibilities
• Generate and follow up on roofing leads (self-generated and company-provided)
• Conduct roof inspections and property evaluations
• Assist homeowners with insurance claims and documentation
• Prepare estimates and proposals
• Close sales contracts and coordinate with production teams
• Maintain professional communication with customers, adjusters, and office staff

Compensation
• Commission-based pay with strong earning potential
• Typical reps earn $75,000–$150,000+ annually
• Performance incentives and bonuses available

Requirements
• Sales experience preferred (roofing or construction a plus)
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs
