this is what “making up columns” look like! We have to modify every column to fit our exact need at every post location to ensure a level structure. beat saw for cutting thru 3-ply columns in one pass!

These 6 3/8” structural screws are no joke! They drive in so smooth, even with no predrill like we are doing, but you do have to keep some pressure on when using a drill to set them.

Adding 2” of XPS around the perimeter of our footing wall before finishing backfill. A little money spent now can save tons over the life of the building they say.

Not all blades are made equal. Now if only the demo demons also had a way to mark the material a little more efficiently… why the heck did Greg have to keep pulling the tape away so quickly!

This is a great example of how quick and easy the auger bolt is. Drill thru with the auger supplied on the end of your bolt, remove auger then tighten the nut on the end with the same tool you drill thru the column with. EASY!

So easy to run,why not increase your efficiency right? with the MXFuel line is making my life easier! I don’t use these tool everyday and am glad I don’t have to fight fuel issues when I do use them. Pop in a battery and I’m off!!

Meta glasses are great… until you get a phone call and you don’t record the best part of a clip… I do however love machinery!! Hopefully I got some better footage on my other cameras during the tree removal.

This is something I could do for a while… moving dirt without needing exact preciseness for a footing is quite gratifying! Who else would enjoy this? I’m not talking my career, I’m talking an escape from the hard work and stress once in awhile. The KX-057 is just enjoyable to operate
