The Swenson Shear has helped us immensely over the years. It saves so much time when making a ton of repetitious cuts. Just watch your fingers!

Best thing since sliced bread man I tell you what! Diamond C Trailers has been awesome… except the state of Illinois gets almost $1000 for yearly plate registration! What the heck!

Installing J-channel on top of a door after steel is installed. This is the easiest way to do this when working steel over a door or window. Run your steel up and over and trim later. Ensures an easier install and much less potential scratching.

I like the feeling of the DEWALT POWER TOOLS but the noise and smoothness of the Milwaukee Tool. Anyone else used both and have thoughts? Personally, I think both have their place on RR Buildings jobsite and will continue to use, but I was a little surprised how much different they both sounded. The Dewalt seems to put screws in faster but the tradeoff is a little more noise.

Flying a truss set in with the Telehandler. Seems to be the way we like doing it these days. Wish I had a remote and didn’t need to be in the machine.

ITW Paslode (U.S.) is still goated when it comes to cordless nailers but any day that could all change and I hope it does! That means the industry is getting even better, but until then, this is the best option up on a roof frame
