Sterling-based COMMERCIAL HVAC company is looking to add experienced HVAC technicians and installers to our rapidly growing company.
1. HVAC INSTALLERS POSITION:
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Installing heating , air conditioning , ventilation and refrigeration equipment
- Installing ductwork and refrigeration lines
- Perform material take offs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- - At least 2 years of experience of installing all types of mechanical and HVAC equipment and associated ductwork and components for commercial and industrial buildings
- Holding a valid driver's license for at least 3 years
- Great driving record ( MVR record will be checked to ensure compliance with insurance requirements)
- EPA and OSHA certifications are a great plus
- Effective verbal/written communication in English
- Effective customer service skills for interaction with customers, tenants, and co-workers.
- AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE USA

2. HVAC TECHNICIAN POSITION:
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Performing diagnostics and repair on various heating/cooling systems. Knowledge of commercial systems is essential.
- Commercial equipment start ups and commissioning
- Performing take offs for new equipment installations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years of proven work experience in a similar role
- Experience dealing with commercial equipment
- Holding a valid driver's license for at least 3 years
- Great driving record ( MVR record will be checked to ensure compliance with insurance requirements)
- At least 2 years of experience of installing all types of mechanical and HVAC equipment and associated ductwork and components for commercial and industrial buildings
- EPA certificate
- Effective verbal/written communication in English
- Effective customer service skills for interaction with customers, tenants, and co-workers.
- AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE USA
