Great catching up with friends as well.
I need to do more cardio to join the conversation instead of huffing and puffing though.

As a serial entrepreneur, I could not be more excited to launch my new subscription based home improvement business called OnlyHands!

People have asked for years how to build things, and now for only $6.9 a month, you get to follow along watching my gloved hands work from my point of view. For premium members, you can watch me take my gloves off and hit the job bare, bare handed.

There's no shortage of jobs that will be performed by hands, that's why they are called...manual labor.

Major renovation to a small vanity project. We started with removing the vanity, and the old leaking valves. We then built out a frame to serve as a second storage level and relocate the faucet to the vertical wall. The built out area allowed is to hide the valves opening more storage in the vanity.
New tile, stone counter and brushed gold hardware finish the look.
Did I mention underneath cabinet lighting?

The latest house was upgraded with some retractable hoses. As spring hits and watering needs arise, this is a welcome addition.
The tenants seem excited.

Think your house could use a better hose?

The customer wanted something fresh for her first rental. Since the ceilings fell down anyway, we decided to go for a lofted look!
The first layer is reflective foam with an air gap for ventilation, the second layer is thick insulation, and then we finish with drywall.
Very exciting progress!

What do you guys think of the look?

Another project is coming to completion! Is it smart to take on 3 full house renovations at the same time?
