The customer wanted something fresh for her first rental. Since the ceilings fell down anyway, we decided to go for a lofted look!
The first layer is reflective foam with an air gap for ventilation, the second layer is thick insulation, and then we finish with drywall.
Very exciting progress!

Another project is coming to completion! Is it smart to take on 3 full house renovations at the same time?

After insulating the house with additional foam and thick insulation, we went even further and added a heated floor.
Are we going too far on this luxury rental?

We took a 70s house with tiny rooms and turned it into something modern.
3D design is critical to getting the space right and making everything work.
Time to clean up and take professional pictures soon!

Would it be beneficial to walk through the building process start to finish?

Major progress on a full basement remodel! Walls are up and second to last layer of mud is on.
Bathroom is nearly completed and waiting for waterproofing.
