We are honored to share that the historic Ford Engineering Laboratory in Dearborn has been recognized with an Adaptive Reuse Award as part of the AIA Michigan 2026 Design & Recognition Awards.

With design led by DiClemente Siegel Design Inc. our team served as contractor on the nearly 500,000-square-foot renovation, helping bring new life to a landmark space while preserving the character, history, and innovation behind Ford’s former Design Center.

We’re proud to have played a role in a project that honors the past while creating space for what’s next.

We’re proud to have helped bring the Fred and Barbara Erb Discovery Trails to life at the Detroit Zoo, a new 7-acre experience designed for hands-on discovery, animal encounters, elevated play, and time spent together in nature.

A little sunshine, green grass, and a whole lot of progress at the University of Michigan Health Frances and Kenneth Eisenberg Troy Center for Specialty Care.

It has been exciting to watch this project come through every season, and days like this make the momentum on site feel even more real.

Great to see the Walbridge-Roncelli Healthcare Partners team continuing to move this project forward.

From intern to Senior Project Manager in just under 10 years.

Ryan started here as an intern and worked his way up through hard work, honesty, and building strong relationships along the way. Now, as a Senior PM, he continues to lead projects and represent the culture that makes Roncelli what it is.

P.S. That selfie at the end? Ryan took that as an intern because he was excited just to see his name on a hardhat. Safe to say a lot has changed since then.
