Cutting some cabinet parts on remnant pieces with my new Laguna SS2 5x10 CNC today.

After a couple weeks of training sessions, trial and error, and help from YouTube University, we finally got to cut cabinet parts. This machine will speed up our process, cut parts cleaner, and make things more precise.

Lots and lots of learning ahead. We’re excited. This machine is a huge upgrade for us.

Shields New Build in Celeste is ready for some stain and paint! Next trip we will adjust doors, hang drawer fronts, and take care of any touch ups.

Tile guys had the master bath and closet taped off but we’ll catch pictures and videos next time.

Putting together some faceframes today. Arguably one of the most important pieces of the cabinetry process and fairly enjoyable as well.

Completed a fun little project today. 12 feet wide, 10 feet tall stained bookshelves with cabinet storage underneath, installed in 3 pieces.

Built and stained/finished in the shop. Good cabinet shops will always have the option to finish their own builds.
