Helped out a customer who had a bad leak as you can see. Definitely ruined one heater on the left which is not working and as you can see the right water heater isn’t too far. They at least have hot water for now.

Va has really bad water quality that destroys water heaters before their life expectancy. Which right now you should get about 10 to 15 yrs with good maintenance. This anode rod was on a heater installed about a yr ago and caused stinky water and as you can see a lot of hardness. We installed an electric anode rod to help prevent corrosion and smelly water. Also don’t worry it only cost about 5 bucks a yr to power.

Helped a customer today with water pressure over 100 psi. Installed a new pressure regulator and shut off valve on the main water line coming into the home. Now the pressure is back to safe levels. Water pressure in the home should be between 50 and 70 psi.
