1) Flooring: Carpet in the bathroom? That’s a red flag - moisture and mold risk. Consider large-format tile or wood-look ceramics.

2) Dated countertops: Flat Formica or old colors age a space. Swap for engineered quartz, natural stone, or a fresh paint/refinish.
