Things we’d tell a friend before they bought new floors. 👇

1. The lowest quote isn’t always the best choice. Materials, preparation, and installation all matter. A cheap floor means replacing it again sooner than later.

2. Buying flooring from inexpensive sites online is a bad idea. You risk shipping issues, broken materials, the wrong product, and often receive the “discards”. When you save online there is no one there to save you when something doesn’t show up or needs to be returned.

3. What’s underneath matters. Proper subfloor preparation and the right underlayment for your product help your floors perform.

4. Choose something you’ll love living with. Your home, your lifestyle, and your taste matter more than the latest trend.

5. Ask questions. Ask about your product and your installers. Understanding your options now can save expensive surprises later.

It's been a busy season. Our team has been out across the valley measuring homes and keeping projects on track, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

To make sure your project gets the time and attention it deserves, we're asking everyone to consider calling ahead to book an appointment. That way someone is ready for you when you walk in, with samples pulled and answers on hand.

Please note...We're also changing how we stock the store. We'll keep the basic install materials you count on, and are putting more of our focus into special orders, so your space gets exactly the right product instead of whatever happens to be on the shelf. If we don't have it, we'll get it for you.
