Job Title: Shop Manager
Position: Full Time
Starting Wage: DOE
Summary
Role of Shop Manager (SM): To organize and fabricate all metal orders, roll form all metal panels, and receive all vendor deliveries. Striving to provide exceptional customer/employee service by communicating daily with customers, employees, and vendors. Warehouse, field, and, office related tasks will be a part of the SM’s daily duties. The SM will be working directly with clients, HPR staff, and potential clients; a high level of professionalism will be required. Also, a high level of attention to detail will be required by the SM.
Essential Duties include the following: other duties may and will be assigned.
• Stay in daily contact with supervisor; assist and follow up on all metal orders and purchase orders.
• Follow HPR LLC processes and documentation practices.
• Respond to emails and phone calls promptly.
• Work together with fellow employees as a team.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all information relating to past, current, future projects as well as customer information.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse/cold storage spaces.
• Maintain all HPR equipment per HPR and manufacturer standards.
• Be willing to learn and expand your knowledge related to metal and roofing systems.
• Ability to complete the tasks of the day; overtime may be required.
• Complete bi-annual inventory for the HPR office manager.
Minimum Requirements
• High school education or GED
• 3 Years of roofing or fabrication experience preferred.
• Clean Driving Record and the skillset to backup/maneuver trailers in tight quarters
• Basic Computer skills in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
• Pre-employment drug screening and physical.
