Our team did an extensive renovation on this historic building in the Denver Arts District. A little bit more open space (approximately 1,000 SF) helps to revive this over 100 year old property for a new era of design.

The connection to the arts district and proximity to the Denver Design District makes this location so valuable for the growth of the team.

A ridgeline to mimic the mountain views beyond and a deck to take it all in....

The design team began with a unique siting approach, turning the home 45 degrees into the hillside to capture sweeping western views and every sunset. This unique angle created a private outdoor enclave at the back of the property, fulfilling the client’s wishes for private outdoor spaces. The area is complete with a secluded patio, in-ground hot tub and multiple fire features.

Nestled into the hillside of the Elkins Meadows neighborhood, this 7,100-square-foot home is a thoughtful blend of Texas traditional style and natural Colorado mountain character.

The Texan owners sought a design that was both formal and simple, juxtaposing tailored, crisp details with the tactile, rustic materials found in a mountain home. The result is a sophisticated retreat designed to capture breathtaking views and foster an unparalleled indoor-outdoor connection.

Our designers worked with all kinds of textures to bring this masterclass of a living room to life.

The fireplace, a picture of elegance, is accented by beautiful sharp stone and accented by neutral wood tones. A custom built in ads interest, depth and knowledge to the space.
