Our team had a great time participating in the 2026 Santiam Foundation Golf Classic yesterday afternoon.

Despite the heat, it was a fun day on the course supporting Santiam Hospital & Clinics Foundation and contributing to the important work they do throughout our local communities.

Thank you to the Santiam Foundation and everyone who helped make this year’s tournament a success. We appreciate the opportunity to be part of such an impactful event and support an organization that makes a meaningful difference in our area.

Work continues to advance in Phase 6 at Salud Medical Center as our team progresses through the installation of finishes, flooring, casework, and electrical and data trim-out.

One of the greatest challenges on this project has been working within an occupied healthcare environment. Careful coordination with medical staff and facility operations has been essential to minimizing disruptions while maintaining a safe and efficient construction process.

Despite these complexities, the team is making strong forward progress and remains focused on delivering a high-quality space that supports both patients and staff.

With the school year officially wrapped up, construction is moving full speed ahead at Crosshill Christian Connect. Demo is underway and new concrete footings have been completed.

Next up: framing and MEP rough-ins. Inside the addition, painting is complete and ceiling grid installation is now getting started.

It’s great to see this project taking shape as we help create new spaces for students and staff ahead of the next school year.

Earlier this week, our team stepped away from the jobsites and the office for an afternoon of mini golf, friendly competition, and time spent connecting outside of our day-to-day work.

Taking time to build relationships beyond the workplace helps strengthen communication, trust, and teamwork. Those connections carry over into the way we collaborate, solve problems, and serve our clients every day.

When purchased this Salem property, they saw its potential. We were honored to help bring that vision to life through a renovation and expansion tailored to their growing business.

With roots dating back to 1889, Thomas Kay has been a part of Salem’s history for generations. This project provided an opportunity to create a modern, functional space that supports their growth while reflecting the quality and craftsmanship their name has represented for more than a century.

We’re grateful for the trust Thomas Kay placed in our team and proud to have helped bring their vision to life. We wish the Thomas Kay team continued success in their new space and are excited to see all that’s ahead as they serve the Salem community for years to come.

Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for the Dry Canyon Clubhouse Grand Opening! We were thrilled to see such a great turnout as residents, community members, partners, and guests came together to celebrate this exciting milestone.

The Dry Canyon Clubhouse represents the collaboration, dedication, and shared vision of many outstanding partners. Congratulations to Thomas Kay Flooring and Interiors on the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting of their beautiful new showroom!

Their new space reflects their passion for helping customers create spaces they love and it was wonderful to celebrate this milestone alongside their team and the community.

Progress continues in Newport, Oregon on the new housing project for Pacific Communities Health District.

This week, crews placed 46 yards of concrete slab with RK Concrete while RK Excavation installed the footing drain system and backfilled retaining walls.

One of the biggest challenges on this project has been coordinating extensive dirt work and underground utilities within a very tight jobsite footprint. Thanks to strong collaboration from the entire team, we’ve continued to keep work moving forward safely and efficiently.

Following the concrete placement, crews cleaned up, graded, and rocked the front of the site in preparation for framing to begin next.

We’re proud to continue partnering with Pacific Communities Health District, Samaritan Health Services, Capri Architecture, RK Concrete, RK Excavation, and FEI Testing & Inspection on this important project supporting rural healthcare in our communities.

Phase 2 of the Taft Discovery Park is complete!

Our responsibility in the project was the construction of the performing arts stage and public restrooms building. Phase 2 of the park is currently closed while the grass and landscape have time to get established but Lincoln City will host a grand opening of the park sometime early this summer.

Phase 3 begins this July.
