Should you ever get the idea that our people don't take their job seriously, just take a look at these faces...sheer focus and determination. 💪

We have to shoutout this specific crew for their flexibility and responsiveness to go wherever the job demands. Several of the members came to us with the acquisition of Carl Rose & Sons and a few others have joined since that time.

One week you might find them up on the and the next they're working on improvements in the Lake Norman area.

As our footprint has grown, we've had to share resources among our three different division and we're grateful to all of our team members for answering the call and doing what it takes to get the job done.

Our Carl Rose Division continues to make progress on the US 421 project in Wilkes County.

Dubbed a "Superstreet" design, this has been an ongoing project with crews paving in sections, usually at night, over the course of a 2.6 mile stretch of US 421. The design is intended to improve traffic flow and enhance safety by minimizing conflict points and left turn movements.

Upon completion, slated for spring of 2028, nearly 100,000 tons of asphalt will have been placed. 💪

No small accomplishment and we are grateful for our team members ongoing efforts with this project!

Together we visited a quarry, our Boone, NC asphalt plant as well as the NC-105 bridge project to give Representative Foxx a first hand look at the importance and impact of aggregates and asphalt on our states

What the public often perceives as a "never ending" construction zone is the result of endless hours of engineering, careful planning and the coordination of countless trades.

All of them working towards the same end goal, while minimizing the disruption to traffic patterns.

Quite an impressive feat if you ask us considering this is one of the busiest intersections in the area.
