Fire protection starts long before there’s an emergency.

A closer look at a dry pipe sprinkler valve installation, an important component of a fire protection system designed to help protect buildings when it matters most.

From mechanical piping to fire sprinkler systems, Top Notch Mechanical Corp takes pride in the work that keeps NYC buildings operating safely.

What you’re looking at is a heavily corroded steam boiler return line that was ready for an upgrade.

Our team at Top Notch Mechanical Corp tackled the replacement, removing the deteriorated piping and installing a new return line to help keep the steam heating system operating reliably.

Why does this matter? Steam boiler return lines carry condensed water back to the boiler. Over time, corrosion can weaken older pipes, leading to leaks, water loss, and costly heating system issues.

And the before-and-after speaks for itself. 💪

Ever wonder what’s hiding behind the walls of a bathroom? 👀

Here’s a look at the work that happens long before the finished product.

Our team is handling the plumbing rough-in for multiple fixtures, including wall-hung toilet carriers, lavatory sinks, urinals, showers, and mop sinks.

From waste and vent piping to fixture connections, every detail matters when building a reliable plumbing system.

Because once those walls are closed, the work behind them needs to perform for years to come.

Soon, you won’t see any of this. 👀

But before the floor gets closed back up, the underground plumbing has to be right.

Our team is laying out and installing the underground waste and drainage piping that will serve the plumbing fixtures throughout this space, carefully routing each connection before everything is buried beneath the finished floor.

It’s one of the most important stages of a plumbing project, and once construction is complete, most people will never know it’s there.

The best plumbing work is often the work you never see.

From underground plumbing and rough-ins to complete residential and commercial plumbing systems, we build it right from the ground up.

Before the tile, fixtures and finishes, there’s this. 👆🔧

We’re in the rough-in stage on this NYC plumbing project, laying the groundwork for four bathrooms and pantry sinks, including waste and vent piping, hot and cold water lines, and in-wall toilet systems.

This is the part of a renovation that eventually disappears behind the walls, but it’s also some of the most important work on the entire job.

🔧🚽 The finished bathroom starts with the work you’ll never see.

Our team is roughing out this bathroom with the plumbing for a wall-hung toilet, lavatory sink, mop sink, and floor drain along with the waste, vent, and water lines that bring the entire space together.

This stage is all about precision. Every pipe, connection, and fixture location has to be planned correctly now so everything functions exactly as it should once the walls and finishes go in.

Before the finishes go in, the foundation has to be right.

Swipe through for a behind-the-scenes look at the bathroom plumbing rough-in on our latest project. From the underground waste lines and venting to the hot and cold water runs, every connection is carefully planned before the walls and floors are closed up.

This is the stage that determines how well the finished bathroom performs for years to come and it’s why precision now matters so much later.

Clean layout. Proper roughing. Built the Top Notch way. 💪

Proof that the right plumber changes everything.

This bathroom came together with a tub, a shower, and two sinks—all supported by the plumbing work you don’t see. Clean installs, correct layout, and attention to detail are what make a finished space look this good and function flawlessly every day.

If you want results you can trust (and finishes that stay perfect), you need the right team behind the walls.
