This October, the Marcon team will participate in the Happy Valley Walk to End Alzheimer’s. This cause is especially meaningful to us as Ray Marcon, our founder and longtime owner, passed away in February 2025 after battling Alzheimer’s.

In his memory, we invite our employees, friends, family, and community to join the Marcon team or make a donation to support those affected by Alzheimer’s and their families.

Visit our team page to walk, donate, and help us spread the word as we work toward a future without Alzheimer's:

A boat-load of fun with friends!

Cameron earned his week of PTO through Marcon’s Employee Referral Program, which gives current employees the opportunity to earn a week of PTO when they refer a new hire to join our team.

On Friday, a team of Marcon sportsmen took part in the Centre County Youth Service Bureau’s annual On The Field clay shooting competition at Shenecoy Sportsmen.

It was a beautiful day, and we had a great time enjoying some friendly competition while supporting the YSB’s work to empower and strengthen youth and families throughout Happy Valley.

Great job everyone!

The construction industry has the second-highest su***de rate in the United States.

This week, Marcon is standing together with all roofing and construction communities to stamp out the stigma surrounding mental health and su***de.

Looking out for one another means more than physical safety on the job. It means having the courage to check in, start difficult conversations, and make sure no one feels they have to face these challenges alone.

If you or someone you know needs support, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.
