Small kitchen rehab.
The floor support system was compromised so I tore it out down to the foundation and rebuilt it . I installed new pressure treated floor joists , foam insulation and new subfloor.
The finished floor is waterproof vinyl interlocking planks . I replaced the old sink cabinet and installed a new countertop. A bit of paint and it turned out as a very nice upgrade .
