God is great and his plans are perfect!! Even though I seldom understand his guidance at the time, as time goes by I always look back and say "Well that makes sense now". And so it is today, as JoAnn and I move on with our life, while waiting patiently for his guidance, wondering how do I get the "green" off this thumb.
Fla DOT is building a much needed 301 ByPass around the city of Starke, of course it had to go thru the middle of the farm. Yes, we hope to be compensated, even though we believe the present offer to be very unfair at least it is something so that we are not destitute. God will provide what we need in the future as he has in the past, we are confident.
We are sooooo grateful for all of the support and patronage we have had over the past twenty five years in the turf business, we will miss the business but more importantly we will miss the people.
I only ask one favor, in all of your dealings with your lawn, remember that God provides every thing needed. You are only there as a caretaker. To appreciate his creation. First and foremost, DO NO HARM. Our lawns and environment are created FOR us, for our pleasure, if what you are doing is not adding to his creation then STOP.
Enjoy the blessings he provides and may each of our journeys in this physical realm be glorifying to his name.
