The collaboration resulted in an outstanding facility that we believe will serve the community exceptionally well.

Our thoughts and Prayers are with our Brothers and Sisters to the east of us. They have suffered an unimaginable loss not just to the fire department but the entire community. Through all the post of 2 firefighters killed let’s not forget these 2 young men are also sons let’s not forget the families suffering an unimaginable loss. Rest easy Brothers!

🚒 Exciting Project Update: Oak Ridge Fire Department Station 15 🚒

We are thrilled to share our ongoing project with the Oak Ridge Fire Department Station 15, where we're demoing their existing concrete slab in the truck bay area. This 5,000 square foot unit required meticulous work from our grading and concrete subcontractors to demo the existing slab and haul away the materials.

We graded the existing soil on-site to a depth of 14 inches. The new slab installation includes 6 inches of ABC stone topped with an 8-inch concrete slab. The concrete will be sealed, and new striping will be placed on the surface. Additionally, the slab will feature 8-inch rebar on center with rebar matting underneath.

Special thanks to S&F Contracting for their outstanding work on grading and concrete, BMAC Electrical for installing new conduit underneath and Kallam Exterminating for ensuring the facility was termite-treated before the concrete pour. Kudos to Assistant PM/Superintendent Page for running her first job!
