Another service upgrade successfully completed! This home, like most old homes had some serious safety issues with inadequate overcurrent and fault protection. We added an exterior emergency disconnect, ran new main feeders and upgraded them to a new breaker panel. There home is much safer and yours could be as well! If you've still got fuses in your house you need to change that, and i can help!

Every Home in our great state of Iowa has an Electric Service, and from my experience in 7 years in the field, many of them are very outdated, with many safety hazards. Did you know that if you live in an older house, you likely have undersized feeder wires, loose connections, fused and malfunctioning circuit breakers, and more than likely have no ground wire for your service at all? There are certain brands of electrical equipment installed in many homes in the USA that are no longer UL listed due to there inconsistency in protecting your property.
