The kids keep saying “6-7.”

We’re not really sure what that means.

But we do know these two new construction jobs are sitting at a comfortable 68°. 😂

Another couple homes wrapped up and ready for their new owners. Clean installs, wall-mounted outdoor units, and HVAC systems built to keep these homes comfortable for years to come.

The existing system for this server room developed a refrigerant leak and ended up losing its charge. With servers constantly putting off heat, this isn’t a space that can sit around without air conditioning for long.

We got them taken care of with a new dedicated system and a four way ceiling cassette. It gives them good airflow throughout the room, keeps everything clean in the drop ceiling, and most importantly keeps that equipment cool.

Commercial work is a big part of what we do at Family Tree HVAC. Server rooms, offices, restaurants, warehouses, rooftop units, new construction, replacements and service. We’re set up to handle it.
