When you call USHS, you’re never lost in a phone tree or handed to the fifth manager down the line.

The big national outfits cut a deal at the top, then hand the actual work down through so many layers that by the time it reaches your building, it’s the cheapest labor they could find. We’re a small company on purpose — small enough that you reach a real person who can actually make a decision, at a scale that can still handle rooms all over the east coast.

New project on the boards: a 20,000 sq ft warehouse for Carrubba Inc. in Monroe, CT 🏗️

If the name sounds familiar, it should. We've worked with the Carrubba team on and off for years, including the construction at their headquarters on Pepper Street. 🤝

That's the part we're proudest of. Not the square footage — the fact that they called us again.

Repeat work is the only scorecard that matters to us. We've never advertised. Every project we've ever done came from someone who trusted us once, and once is all it took.
