We’re proud to announce the completion of Territory at Missouri City — delivered an incredible 5 months ahead of schedule!
 
This milestone is a huge accomplishment and a testament to the hard work, collaboration, and dedication of everyone who played a role in bringing this project to life. From our project team and trade partners to ownership and every stakeholder along the way, this success was truly a team effort.
 
Finishing strong is always worth celebrating — but finishing five months early makes this one especially exciting.

Only One Building Left — and Four Months Ahead of Schedule!  
 
Territory at Missouri City is entering its final phase, with only one building remaining to be turned over to our property management partner, RPM Living —and we are approximately four months ahead of schedule!
 
This exciting milestone reflects the dedication, coordination, and hard work of our project team and trade partners throughout construction. We are incredibly proud of the progress made and look forward to celebrating the final turnover soon.

Territory at Porter is continuing to make strong progress.
 
It has been a couple of months since our last project update, and there has been a lot of movement on-site since then. The team has continued pushing forward with framing, exterior work, MEP rough-ins, and overall site coordination as the community continues to take shape.
 
We are proud of the continued effort from our field team, trade partners, and everyone involved in keeping this project moving forward.
 
More updates to come as we continue progressing toward the next major milestones.
