I just want to say Thank You to everyone who has supported and been patient with me and Bearded Goat Landscaping. I really appreciate my customers, friends, and family who have helped promote the business and used my services. But this has been a rough year for me and my family on the personal side. It’s pulled me away from work, delayed work for those who have been on my list, and has held me up getting back to people looking to get work done. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, but for me, family comes first. Today I will be back to getting ahold of people, lining up work, and full days of getting at it. So if you haven’t seen or heard from me, we should be crossing paths soon. Thank you again for all your patience and support, me and my family appreciate you all, I’ll be getting back at it.

This home owner had an outside shower and a sump line that were creating some over saturation on the backside of the house. So decided to install an open French Drain around the back deck for the water to drain into, also tide the sump line into it, and had it drain off at the bottom of the property into the hardwoods. Ran about 60ft of Triple Walled Pipe, used a 2” Clean Stone for drainage, topped the covered areas with some topsoil, and finished it up with a heavy seeding and raking.

This homeowner needed a stone pad for a new shed being delivered. Put down a 22’ x 12’ pad for a 20’ x 10’ shed. Brought in 10 ton of 1” Crusher Run, compacting in between each load, then touching up a few spots for the final tamping. Added a tapered apron due to the aggressive pitch on the terrain, will give the delivery crew for the shed a nice ramp to roll right up on for a smooth drop

Garage, Parking, and Stone Driveway #2

After the driveway was prepped, brought in 70-80 ton of 2” Crusher Run for a little meat as a base, then had 60-70 ton of 5/8 Crusher Run brought in to top it. After the stone work was done, used 12 yards of topsoil to cascade along parking area and part of the driveway area, hit it with a heavy seeding, and wrapped it up with a finish raking.

The job was very large, wasn’t able to touch everything up for pics from the daily traffic, but the homeowner will be rolling it which will blend everything together nice

Garage, Parking, and Stone Driveway #1

This home owner was looking to upgrade their stone driveway. So started with widening the main drive from 10ft to 12ft wide, added another 10ft to the parking area, and cleaned and squared up the back area by the garage. A lot of the material removed had a good amount of stone in the mix, so used it as a majority of the fill for the parking area to help bring it up to height.

This homeowner was looking for a fresh look across the front of their home and a little something added on the side. So went through the gardens, tore out all the old stone and w**d barrier, gave the bushes and shrubs a good once over, and established a new garden area for the raspberry bushes. Once everything was prepped, cut some fresh edges, laid new fabric, and rolled in the black mulch to make everything pop.

Gardens Tear Out #2 -

After the tear out of both areas, started grading out, cleaning up all the finer debris. Once everything was set, brought in 16 yards of screeened topsoil, 120lbs of grass seed, and began to top coat. During the topcoat process, got hit with a heavy rainfall, so brought in the Power Rake to help loosen a lot of the soil again, and also helping to mix in the first round of seeding. Hit the area with 3 rounds of seeding, Power Raked, hand raked, and now will let Mother Nature do the rest. The garden that was tore out along the house was just cleaned out, loosened up, and hand raked clean. The home owners plan on redoing that and making that back into a garden of their design.

Gardens Tear Out #1 -

These homeowners had some old over grown and lost gardens that just had to much going on. Tree branches, pavers, tree stumps, stump grinds, roots, ground cover, animal holes, and debris, it was a lot. But they wanted everything in the back, along the fence line, and behind the house tore out and cleaned up. Ended up hauling out 8 full dump trailers worth.
