IDK if LLBO has any programs for these houses that are Elders are in with windows that are broken or out of date leaking cold air into their homes.😤😡🤬 They overpay for fuel oil or natural gas killing their Budgets being most likely they have a fixed income, and Drain their finances well before they get there next check/deposit.
