Well we got the list and start from the top with this multi job task. The inside we made the master bathroom door bigger than what it was. Tore out the old stand up shower and whirlpool bath tub. Installed new deep soaking whirlpool bath tub within the shower area. Moving to the outside. Started with 6" seamless gutters. New back French doors. Back deck. Goodmorning everyone! We would like to give a special thank you to Mr. And Mrs. Guy for letting us work on your home. We tore off the ugly rib panels and installed a standing seam metallic copper roof. Along with the copper roof we re-built chimney and installed a custom metallic copper chimney cap to match roof. This is a one and done roof. Never will have to replace it!! Installed new sheetrock, mudded, and sanded ready for paint. Looking forward to the many more projects that they have in store for us! We would like to give a big thank you to the Frohburgs for letting us take on the challenge of a YURT house. We started from the top and worked our way down to the bottom. First we started with the cupola. Tore it down replaced the glass with plexi glass, flashed all the windows, and installed Hardie trim. Next was onto the roof. Which we installed a 50 yr. GAF roofing system along with 6" seamless gutters with gutter guards. Downspouts run into 50 gallon drums for the owners garden and plants. We start to work our way inside for the kitchen and bathroom remodel. For the kitchen new bottom and top cabinets with butcher block counter tops. New hood and deep sink installed along with new LVP floor. The bathroom we moved the toilet over for easier access to the water heater. Took out old vanity and insert stand up shower. Installed tub with tile surround with new lvp floors. Prepped the walls for the owner to paint and install vanity mirror. We are a one stop shop and we appreciate everyone taking time to look at this project. Give us a call for all your renovation needs!
