This review made our whole week. โญโญโญโญโญ

"Mike came out after our A/C quit and could not have been more thorough or nicer. He answered all my questions, listened to my 5-year-old daughter's questions and comments, and they even ate cherry tomatoes from her garden together. You will not find anyone better than Mike. My only complaint is that now my daughter wants to know when he's coming back!"

Went looking for cute family photos on his phone. Found a camera roll full of condensers and furnaces. ๐Ÿ™ƒ
HVAC spouses, you know the struggle.

Before you fire up the heat this fall, do one thing that takes two minutes and could save a life: test your carbon monoxide detectors. ๐Ÿšจ

Here's why it matters. As furnaces run for the first time in months, a cracked heat exchanger or a venting problem can release carbon monoxide, an odorless, colorless gas you can't detect on your own. Working CO detectors are your only warning.

Your fall checklist:

1. Test every CO detector (and replace batteries).
2. Make sure you have one on every level, especially near bedrooms.
3. Have your furnace professionally inspected, a tech checks the heat exchanger and venting that detectors can't.

Heat should keep your family safe, not put them at risk. Book an inspection: meyerair.com/?spdirect=y0fvjgb01u or (314) 845-1929.

Dispatch gives our techs exactly 60 seconds to answer. Not 61. โฑ๏ธ๐Ÿ“ž
Same energy goes into getting a tech to your door.

It's still warm out, so here's your permission to think about heat anyway. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

The smartest fall move most homeowners skip: seasonal HVAC maintenance now, before the rush. Booking early means first pick of appointment times, small problems caught before the first cold night, and no waiting in line when the whole city calls in October.

A maintenance visit is an hour of your day. A no-heat emergency in January is a lot more than that.

Right now it's $155 per complete system for Seasonal HVAC Maintenance: full inspection inside and out, safety checks, performance testing, filter and airflow evaluation, and a CO safety review. Open to anyone, through Nov 15.

Techs all booked? No problem. The office crew's got it. ๐Ÿ”ง๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Cooling season is winding down, which makes this the easiest decision you'll make all year. ๐Ÿ‚

If your AC limped through this summer, weak cooling, rising bills, a repair you keep putting off, don't push it into next May and hope. Fall is the calm before the rush: open schedules, no 100ยฐ emergency pressure, and time to weigh repair vs. replace without sweating it (literally).

Let's get ahead of it. See your options: meyerair.com/?spdirect=y0fvjgb01u or call/text (314) 845-1929.

Working with family hits different. ๐Ÿ˜‚
Some mornings it's a hug. Some mornings it's a full es**rt to your desk.

Here's the part people miss: your HVAC system is your first line of defense against it. Every time it runs, it pulls your home's air through a filter. A fresh filter traps more pollen. A clogged one just recirculates it back to you.

Two easy moves for allergy season:
1. Change your filter (every 30 days this time of year).
2. Ask us about a higher-grade filter or a whole-home air purifier if allergies hit your house hard.

Breathe easier this fall. meyerair.com/?spdirect=y0fvjgb01u or call/text (314) 845-1929.
