Ever wonder what goes into the remodeling process before a single tile is laid?
We finalize the design and choose all of your materials and finishes first. Then we map out your full timeline before work ever begins.

Good planning up front keeps things moving on time and on budget once demo day actually arrives!

When you call our office to discuss a remodeling project, you can expect us to:

1. Ask about what’s not working in your current space and your goals for the remodel
2. Share with you an overview of our process
3. Discuss your desired investment range
4. Review the next steps

We've found that the more you understand about the process upfront, the smoother and less stressful everything feels!

“How long does a kitchen remodel take?”

We get this question a lot, and every project is a little different.

There’s also more to the timeline than the actual construction. Before we get to that point, there are designs to work through, selections to make, materials to order, and scheduling to figure out.

Thinking about remodeling next year? Now is a great time to start the conversation.

We know… this post looks a lot like one we shared last Friday. But we STILL cannot stress ENOUGH how important proper project planning is! 👏

Today, our team met with one of our trusted trade partners to review and reconfirm the details of a large masonry project. And this masonry work is just ONE piece of an even larger project—a room addition in Wildwood.
Why all the planning? Because the details matter. 👊

✅ Fewer mistakes
✅ Smoother project ex*****on
✅ Staying on schedule
✅ And most importantly, PROTECTING OUR CLIENT’S INVESTMENT

What happens behind the scenes is just as important as what you see when the project is finished. Great projects don’t happen by accident—they start with great planning!

Planning a bathroom remodel? It's easy to get excited about tile, vanities, and fixtures and forget about the smaller stuff.

- Where do outlets go?
- How much storage do I actually need?
- What kind of lighting works best?
- Where will the towels hang?

That’s why partnering with a remodeler committed to a strong design process is helpful! We’ll work with you to determine what makes the most sense for your lifestyle and help you build a space that is beautiful and functional for years to come.
