Our interns had the opportunity to hear from John O'Leary - Live Inspired as he spoke about what it means to live an inspired life by learning from mistakes, overcoming challenges, having faith, and continuing to grow through every experience. One of the biggest takeaways was that life is less about what happens to us and more about how we respond. John challenged our interns to embrace accountability, learn from both wins and failures, and keep pushing forward even when things don’t go as planned.

As they continue through their summer internship experience, those lessons will carry into the work they do every day by trying new things, stepping outside their comfort zones, learning from others, and growing through every opportunity.

Summer at Keeley is officially in motion as our 2026 intern class has arrived! We’re excited to welcome 66 interns from 29 universities across the country into the Keeley family this summer. This group is joining teams nationwide across operations, engineering, and business functions, stepping directly into the work that drives our projects forward.

At Keeley, our interns are true members of the team from day one. Learning happens beyond the classroom and into real projects, active jobsites, and day-to-day collaboration with our teams. Over the coming months, they’ll contribute to meaningful work, take on real responsibilities, and gain a front-row seat to the projects shaping our industry and communities.

We’re so excited to see the impact they make this summer. Welcome to Keeley!

Last week, KeeleyU hosted its second Emerging Leaders Summit, bringing together early-career Keeley’ns from across Keeley Construction Group for two days of learning, collaboration, and connection. Through discussions with leaders, group activities, and peer conversations, participants gained new perspectives on problem-solving and leadership while building relationships across teams and roles.

Safety is about more than the work we do in the field, it’s about the people we do it for. Over the weekend, Keeley’ns and their families came together for our annual Safety Fair at our Headquarters to celebrate the people behind our commitment to working safely every day. From great food and inflatables to face painting, balloon artists, and hands-on fire safety education with the St. Louis Fire Department, it was an afternoon centered around family, fun, and the reason safety matters most.

We’re proud to create opportunities like this that bring our teams together and reinforce what being All In Together is all about. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day such a success!

Our KeeleyLife Wellness Fair brought together awesome vendors and resources to support every part of the wellness journey, from fitness and nutrition to mental health and financial wellness. It was a great opportunity for our Keeley'ns to connect, learn, and take full advantage of the benefits and resources available to help them thrive both personally and professionally. Taking care of ourselves, inside and out!

Giving back across our regions.

From serving lunch at St. Patrick Center to packing 3,500 meals at Feed My Starving Children - Tempe, our Keeley'ns stepped up to support their communities. Thankful for the time and care our teams put into helping others!

We were honored to host our third Sleep in Heavenly Peace Bed Build, bringing together Keeley’ns & their families, partners, and volunteers with a shared purpose, making sure local children have a safe, comfortable place to sleep at night.

This day would not have been possible without our friends at Lowe's Home Improvement and the INCREDIBLE volunteers who showed up ready to work. Because of this collective effort, we built 150 beds for children in need. Thank you to everyone who gave their time, talent, and energy to make this happen!

Our Keeley'n family came together this week to celebrate Larry Keeley's 88th birthday! For 50 years, Larry has poured himself into our people, our projects, and our communities, building more than a company, building a family. His vision laid the foundation, and his commitment to doing things the right way continues to shape who we are today.

Cheers to you, Larry, may 88 be the best year yet!

Teamwork and giving back in action! This group of Texas Keeley'ns tackled 2 miles of roadway over the weekend, collecting countless bags of trash and leaving their community cleaner than they found it. Grateful for a team that shows up for their community, every time!
