A meaningful milestone for the City of University City! The historic City Hall Annex and Trinity Building have been transformed into the new home for the University City Police Department and Municipal Court.

These two long-vacant buildings have been restored and modernized to support public safety, accessibility, and community use. The project preserves significant architectural features while supporting the evolving needs of police operations, court services, and the residents they serve.

As lead architect and historic architect, Trivers collaborated with University City, NAVIGATE Building Solutions and the consultant team to deliver the City’s largest capital project to date. The project reflects a shared commitment to reinvesting in existing buildings to strengthen civic infrastructure.

Congratulations to University City and the entire project team on this important achievement.

Nine PBS is undertaking a transformational investment in its headquarters to strengthen its service to the St. Louis region and expand community-centered storytelling, early education efforts, and media collaboration.
As part of this work, the station is reimagining its Olive Street facility to create a more connected environment, one that supports the evolving needs of public media and the communities it serves.

Trivers is proud to help bring this vision to life through the design of the renovated headquarters. Projects like this reflect the essential role public media plays in strengthening civic dialogue, expanding access to trusted information, and bringing communities together.

One-third of campaign proceeds will go into an impact fund supporting preschool education and partnerships with nonprofit and media organizations.
