This is an area that can feel a little confusing when you’re searching for the right company for your renovation project.

Before we transitioned to a design-build model, we saw firsthand how easily things could fall through the cracks: materials weren’t ordered, quantities were missed, and important questions were sometimes left unanswered.

That experience is a big part of why we chose design-build.
By having the design and construction teams working together from the beginning, there’s more communication, more accountability, and fewer opportunities for things to get missed.

We’ve found that this process makes the entire renovation experience smoother, more organized, and much less stressful for our clients.

And ultimately, that’s the goal: a better experience from the first design meeting to the final walkthrough.
