Although it doesn't happen nearly as much as it used to, I still love getting out on site and helping. And spending extra time with Garret is always fun too. 🫶🏽

Fun fact: Garret and I both spent MANY years working in retail management and even retail banking management, before Westrick Homes was ever a thing.

So dealing with people, solving problems, communicating, and sometimes just figuring things out on the fly is definitely not new to us. 😂

Once we got into construction and remodeling, we quickly realized that customer service can sometimes get a little lost in this industry. And I think that’s one thing we’ve carried with us from our past careers, we genuinely care about people. We care about answering the phone, keeping our clients in the loop, listening when something doesn’t feel right, and making the whole experience as good as we can.

We’re definitely not perfect, but we really do care about the people who trust us with their homes. 🤍

Because deep down, **everything has a personality.**
Even tile. 😂

The question is… which tile are you?
Or better yet, which one is your friend? 👀

Tag someone whose tile personality is spot on. 🫣
