A full house and a full day of learning and improving!
We kicked off the day with a SOLD OUT Pull Planning class led by Stephane McShane, Speaker/Leader/Consultant, followed by a more intimate Learning & Development Peer Group lunch focused on the real-world challenges of training and developing people within our companies.
We were fortunate to have such a wide range of perspectives in the room for our Pull Planning training, with everyone from company presidents and CCOs to first-year administrative employees learning, sharing and engaging alongside one another.
Our Peer Group dug into topics like:
• Training procedures and processes
• Onboarding and employee development
• Getting employees engaged in training
• Consistency and accountability
• Sharing ideas, challenges and solutions across companies
