Home base.

We officially opened the doors to our new Cardinal HQ earlier this year, and safe to say, we’ve made ourselves at home.

From here, our team coordinates roofing and exterior projects across the St. Louis area, keeps the work moving, and makes sure our customers know what’s happening along the way.

It’s also where we meet, train, plan, solve problems, and keep building what’s next for Cardinal.

Meet JJ Simon, one of the Sales Managers helping lead our St. Louis team.

JJ joined Cardinal in May 2025 after a career in real estate investing. What started as a 90-day trial in a new industry turned into a pretty good fit.

He likes the challenging jobs: big homes, unique properties, and projects that require some problem-solving. Right now, that includes a historic building in Jersey County with multiple roof surfaces and plenty of character.

But ask JJ why Cardinal works for him, and it comes back to the people, the integrity, and a company culture that values good ideas as much as hard work.

When he’s not working, you’ll probably find him snowboarding, traveling with his wife Elise, or reading and playing board games with his five brothers.

We’re glad those 90 days turned into something more. 🔨

Another well-earned promotion at Cardinal. Please join us in congratulating Isaiah Robertson on becoming a Sales Manager on our St. Louis team.

Isaiah may be relatively new to roofing, but he came to Cardinal with more than 14 years in the trades and a strong work ethic to match. In just five months, he’s made an impact - especially when it comes to advocating for homeowners who thought they were out of options.

For Isaiah, the best part of the job is getting people the help they need and deserve. That’s exactly the kind of person we want in leadership.

Matthew got his start with Cardinal in St. Louis before helping lead our expansion into the KC market.

One of the things we appreciate most about his leadership is his commitment to developing others. Most recently, he mentored Michael Coyle into a management role of his own.
