This home presents a clean, modern farmhouse-inspired design with a balanced, welcoming façade and a strong emphasis on horizontal lines.

The exterior features gray board-and-batten siding, which gives the home a crisp, vertical texture and contemporary feel. A natural stone wainscot wraps the lower portion of the house, adding warmth and contrast while grounding the design visually.

I would like to go back in time to 2020 when we built "The Copeland". While struggling to select a house plan, I had a dream one night. In that dream I could see the walls and layout coming together like a puzzle. I woke up and immediately had to put the plan on paper. I grabbed a notebook and pencil and started sketching, within a few hours I had the plan layout drawn with my computer software.

"The Copeland" will never be built again as we chose to make this home forever unique.
