Guarantee Electrical and its partners have been honored with the St. Louis Business Journal's 2026 Innovation in Philanthropy award. It celebrated unprecedented public-private partnership between Guarantee, IBEW Local 1, NECA St. Louis, Graybar, PayneCrest Electric, ArchKey Solutions, Ameren Missouri, and the City of St. Louis on the tornado recovery program ReConnect STL.

The initiative is just one example of what's possible when neighbors come together to help neighbors. But this recognition doesn't mean our work is done. Even as the anniversary of the May 16, 2025, tornado approaches, recovery is nowhere near complete.

Guarantee Executive VP of External Affairs Emily Martin said: "This is going to take a long time. ... We’re sticking around, and we’re here for St. Louis."

Happy holidays from your Partners at Guarantee Electrical!

Nearly 40 years ago, Guarantee commissioned a holiday card by St. Louis artist and cartoonist John Blair Moore and launched a long, proud tradition of collaborating with local artists on our annual holiday greeting. It's one we still cherish today.

This year, we shared some of our favorite cards with St. Louis artist Amanda Greene, and we were thrilled with how she interpreted them in our 2025 card. Check out our greetings from 1992 and 2025:

‘Tis the Season at Guarantee! Guarantees western division gathered at Vehicle Vault in Parker, CO to celebrate the holidays, our partnerships, a banner year, but most importantly, each other. Surrounded by friends, family, and over 95 years of motor history, we enjoyed a wonderful meal and reflected on the incredible support we share - not just as part of Guarantee, but as individuals.

Here’s to the joy, success, and commitment to each other that make our team so special.

GECO Central's holiday party at the St. Louis Science Center was a celebration honoring not just a record-breaking year, but also the light we bring to one another's lives—as colleagues, as friends, and as a GECO Family. We welcomed all of our Partners from Bloomsdale, Granite City, and St. Louis, as well as the special people in our lives who make Guarantee's success possible through their endless support and love.
While we're always One Team, it's not often we're lucky enough to gather so many Partners in one space. We made the most of it. We laughed. We danced. We enjoyed an old-fashioned holiday dinner and some futuristic ice cream. We toasted an extraordinary 2025 and an even brighter 2026.
