We don't accept challenging projects just to win awards... but they certainly don't hurt our feelings.

The Guarantee team was proud to join our colleagues at the 2026 National Electrical Contractors Association - NECA convention, and to accept two Project Excellence Awards recognizing exceptional delivery of two projects: Denver's PepsiCo Bottling & Manufacturing Plant and Durango's Chapman Hill Ski Area Transformation.

Thank you to our Guarantee project teams, including Jason Wilson, John Berry, Mike Anthony, Eric Norman, and the many dozens more GECO Partners who made these projects successful, safe, and exceptional. We're also grateful to our friends and colleagues at NECA for recognizing this work and for a great week of partnership, fellowship, and celebration. See you next year.

It's always exciting to see our name in the St. Louis Business Journal! This year, we're honored to be recognized as the #1 Electrical Contractor in St. Louis and the #2 Specialty Trade Contractor in the region.

While rankings tell part of the story, this recognition is really about the people behind the work. It's a reflection of our people, the trust our clients place in us, and the partnerships we've built across the communities we serve. Thank you for being part of what we build together.

On the 25th anniversary of September 11, we joined Paynecrest Electric for our annual charity softball game with a shared purpose: honoring those who have served our country.

Together, we raised $20,000 for Honor Flight of Greater St. Louis, helping senior veterans travel to Washington, D.C. to visit the memorials built in recognition of their service and sacrifice.

Thank you to everyone who played, volunteered, donated, cheered from the sidelines, and helped make this event possible. We are grateful to support an organization that creates unforgettable experiences for our veterans and ensures their stories and service are never forgotten.

We're honored to support Flags of Valor STL and the volunteers who make this powerful tribute on Art Hill possible.

Together, those flags stand as a reminder of those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation and the freedoms we enjoy every day.

Today, it's impossible not to reflect on the lives, families, and legacies represented there. These names and the legacies they leave behind belong to all of us.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.

As Partner Month closes, we want to thank every Partner who helped make this event one to remember.

We've traveled to jobsites, shared meals, celebrated milestones, supported wellness, invested in apprentice development, and spent time listening to what matters most to the people who make Guarantee great.

Guarantee is more than the work we do, and Partner Month gives us an opportunity to celebrate the people who show up every day with pride, ownership, and a commitment to building something bigger than themselves.

His work is at the forefront of a major cultural shift within an industry that faces one of the highest rates of mental health- and substance use-related deaths in the country. Through education, advocacy, and honest conversations, John is helping to break down stigma and create a culture where people feel supported, connected, and empowered to seek help when they need it.

Guarantee VP of Risk & Safety Todd Cook, who has worked closely with John at Guarantee and at IBEW Local 1, said: "His work is helping break down stigma, improve access to support, and create meaningful conversations around mental health and su***de prevention. [His work] has the potential to make a lasting impact not only at Guarantee Electrical, but across the construction industry."

We're grateful for leaders like John who are helping make our industry healthier, safer, and better for everyone who calls it home.

Five years later, the incredible impact of Klays4Kids continues to grow.

Guarantee Electrical, alongside our valued Platinum Partners Graybar, McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., and S&S Striping & Signage, had the privilege of presenting a $130,000 donation to Children’s Hospital Colorado. This contribution was made possible through the success of our 5th Annual Klays4Kids Sporting Clay Shoot

The impact of Klays4Kids is a testament to what can happen when a community comes together around a shared purpose. Thank you for helping make our fifth year our most successful yet. We couldn't do it without you.

Mark your calendars now for July 16, 2027! We're already looking forward to bringing our community together again and making an even bigger impact next year.

It started with one: What if one person gave just $1 per work hour for one week to support St. Louis Children's Hospital?

That ask became KIDstruction Week, and that one week, one company, and one dollar have grown into 15 years, more than 200 participating companies, and a record-breaking $1 million for kids and families at Children’s. Guarantee was proud to join partner AON in presenting this year’s record-breaking gift to a St. Louis Children’s patient ambassador last week.

This gift will help support life-saving medical research, world-class patient care, and the Child Life programs that bring families together for special experiences and let kids be kids.

One makes a difference—but the last 15 years have shown us we are at our best when we come together. This historic gift for kids and families is proof of that.
