Dan Bruns joined the company in 1994. His career path has covered multiple aspects of the organization and today he currently holds the title of President. Dan's belief is that Attitude, Ability and Work Ethic define the character of the Kienstra Team. He has adopted the core values of Competence, Fairness, Honesty, Loyalty and Quality and insists that they are a constant in the past, present and will be a constant in the future of Kienstra as we continue to grow. The Kienstra companies currently have 20+ plants serving 7 counties in the St. Louis Bi-State area. Kienstra and its affiliates currently supply concrete in both Missouri and Illinois and have the largest presence in the markets we serve. The plants are fully automated and operated by state of the art computer technology. The plants are regularly calibrated and verified by state government entities for batch accuracy. The concrete truck fleet is maintained to the highest standards by in-house mechanics and shops. All of the trucks have satellite tracking and radio communication.
