Another set of first-time homebuyers made it to the closing table!

We viewed a few homes, but this one stayed on their minds. I always say: if you sleep on it and are still thinking about it the next day, that may be the right home. I suggested we go back for a second showing—and bam, now they’re homeowners!

The sellers completed so many repairs for them after the inspection. My advice is always: ask. The worst they can say is no. In this case, they said yes and completed them all. Overall, it is a solid home—just a few items came up during inspections.

This closing was especially meaningful because they both grew up and went to school in the area. No matter what interest rates are doing, they were ready to be done renting and putting 100% of their money toward something they would not own. Now, they have a home, an investment, and the opportunity to build equity.
