We recently celebrated the grand opening of EverTrue Crossroads at Bevo Mill with Tower Grove Community Development, EverTrue, Midwest BankCentre, architects Rosemann & Associates, and many other community leaders, business partners, and friends. The $22 million development comprises a four-story, 64-unit affordable senior housing community and attendant site work at 4900 Gravois Avenue in south St. Louis. Many thanks to the development team, our Project Manager Phil Krull, Superintendent Jim Davis, Project Engineer Bryan McKechan, subcontractors, and all others who worked so hard to make this development possible.

When we’re told that a building is “too far gone to save”, what does that mean? In the case of 3305 Meramec, a creativity and determination are preserving a building that would've otherwise been torn down, or collapsed.

For 101 years, the Grandview Arcade has proudly stood at Grand and Miami in the Gravois Park neighborhood. It's been a symbol of the area's decline and, now, rebirth. See what's going on inside.
