With a 105-year legacy S. M. Wilson & Co. has helped shape St. Louis' built environment. So, we are always honored to revive historic buildings. As part of our second project with Netrality, a massive rooftop HVAC unit was crane-lifted atop the long-vacant Publicity Building in Downtown St. Louis. Extensive coordination and planning were required to ensure safe maneuvering in the city's narrow streets.

Constructed in 1903 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2017, this building has a captivating history.
