Employee Spotlight: Meet Bryan!

Six months in, and Bryan has already become the backbone of our warehouse operations. As our Warehouse Manager, he keeps things organized, efficient, and moving — all with a positive attitude that’s contagious around the team.

Whether he’s tackling a busy shipment day or jumping in to solve a last-minute problem, Bryan brings the kind of dedication that keeps every project on track.

Outside of work? He’s just as active — you’ll find him on the softball field, spiking volleyball, or out on the golf course. But his favorite teammate these days is his 8-month-old daughter, who’s got him wrapped around her finger. 🧡

Today marks 4 years since CI Flooring started our journey. We couldn't be more thankful for the people who have made this possible.

What started as an exciting opportunity has grown into something we are incredibly proud of. Over the past four years, we've expanded our team, completed some amazing projects, and built lasting relationships with our clients and partners.

None of this would have been possible without our amazing employees, loyal customers, trusted vendors, and supportive friends and family.

We are proud of how far we have come, but we are even more excited about what's ahead. Here's to more years of growth, hard work, and success together!

Team member update!

We are happy to recognize Tyler, who has been an incredible part of CI Flooring for 17 years, installing flooring.

Recently, Tyler was promoted to Project Manager, and we couldn't be happier for him. He continues to be a valued part of our team, and we are grateful for his ability to move into his new role with ease.

When not at work, Tyler enjoys hunting and fishing, and spending time with his wife and two boys.

Excited to see this TRUE Fitness space coming together 👏

Our team had the opportunity to complete all of the flooring throughout this project, helping create a clean, modern foundation for what will soon be a fully operational space.

Big thank you to GS&S for being a great partner to work alongside—projects like this are always better with strong collaboration.
