We work with designers so our clients create realistic plans that are achievable within their budget. Yes, it's significantly more expensive than a quick rendering on ChatGPT. But it means our clients will actually get a result that's very close to the original plan.

When we have the authority to manage a project that cost-plus gives us, we are able to make those day-to-day decisions that keep a project on schedule and stay within the budget. And that means our client gets the result they envisioned.

Phone storage is shot 😅

But for real, we have extensive videos from every job site. Documentation is so important to help us be on the same page about a project and solve issues efficiently if they come up later.

Working with designers is a huge part of our job. As a design-build contractor, we're responsible for bringing real construction expertise to the conversation from the beginning to make sure a project fits the client's budget and expectations. Things like hardware, materials, finishes and installation can completely change the final price. We work with designers to create plans where design, budget and build quality all agree.
