You are purchasing a home, and have a few ideas for changes and want them done before moving in. The problem is that you close in 30 days, and while you don't want a rush job you'd really like things done now, and yes, fast.

We see this all the time, and get a lot of phones call with this exact scenario. This project is an example of homeowners who knew they wanted something done right the first time, and were willing to compromise on their timeline to get the quality they desired. We think the results speak for themselves. Quality work takes time, and the custom cabinetry alone is worth the time and details that Greg delivered.

This project was all about making the backyard a place the homeowners actually wanted to spend time.

The existing deck was aging, uncomfortable during hot summer months, and the mosquitoes made enjoying the outdoors a challenge. We removed the old deck, replaced and expanded the patio, and designed a custom screened-in porch to create a more functional outdoor living space.

The new porch features ceiling fans for added comfort, a tongue-and-groove floor for a finished look, and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors without the heat and bugs getting in the way.
