Big Changes in Grosse Pointe Park! 🏡🔨
We love a transformation where we get to expand a home’s footprint! To achieve this dream kitchen, we started by breaking ground on a custom 10’ x 10’ addition. This structural change unlocked the square footage needed to create the open-concept layout the homeowners envisioned.
We handled the complete build from foundation and framing to the final custom finishes inside.
Design Partnership:
We collaborated with the talented Danielle Malecki at Cabinetry by Better Bilt, who provided the stunning kitchen layout design and sourced the rich, dark wood cabinetry. Her expert design was key to maximizing the utility and flow of the new, expanded space!
Project Highlights:
📐 10’ x 10’ structural addition for expanded square footage.
🏝️ A massive center island with quartz counters and bar seating.
🍷 Built-in wine refrigerator flanked by tall pantry cabinets.
☕ Dedicated beverage/espresso bar with herringbone tile and floating shelves.
🍳 Custom range hood over the cooktop.
