Last year, our team experienced a moment
that put everything into perspective.

A moment that reminded us how precious life is
and how quickly everything can change.

The odds were stacked against our then Project Manager,
Shane Hines.

But thanks to the quick actions of those around him,
the skill of first responders and medical professionals,
and the grace of God, Shane is still here today.

One of those first responders happened to be Jeremy Bohm,
our first-ever St. Louis Free Roof Giveaway winner.

A connection none of us could have predicted.

For this video,
Shane was finally able to meet Jeremy face-to-face.

A chance to ask the questions
he and his wife had been wondering about,
and to personally thank the people who helped save his life.

Today, Shane is serving our customers as Warranty Manager,
continuing to make a positive impact on our team
and the homeowners we serve.

This story is a powerful reminder
that people matter,
relationships matter, and every day is a gift.

We're incredibly grateful that Shane is here to tell his story,

On Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women

Their sacrifice secured freedoms

and for that, we are deeply grateful.

As we spend time with family and friends today,
